the location is first class - the hotel is supported by a first class restaurant.

The hotel and restaurant staff are excellent. The food is always good. We have stayed there many times on our way to or from Portugal. ...and we will stay there even in the future. Many thanks again.

Please try to make a bigger shower. Put a shower e.g. in the bathtub.

A good value stay : 109€ including breakfast. Rooms are generously sized, clean and with a lovely view over the lagoon and out to sea. Location is good, at the quieter southern end of town, drive further south and you get to a nature reserve and the beach is less groomed but lovely for walk. Beautiful views inland to Mont Canigou and across the bay to Argeles and Collioure. A really lovely spot for a break.

The meal in the restaurant hotel was superb, but it would also have been nice to choose from a cheaper option, ie bar meal etc on the other days of our visit

Excellent hotel, food was superb and great location. Staff were very good.

A minor point - the shower was quite small and leaked onto bathroom floor.

Our second stay, no restaurant Mon or Tuesday emphasises the issue, which is you have limited fine dining when open or nothing. The hotel is not that close to other facilities. The access road is a mess, especially after rain. The staff excellent but the 4 star classification if wrong, needs upgrade and 24 hour catering to satisfy the needs of guests.

Personnel attentif.Situation géographique agréable ma chambre avait vue sur la lagune et il était très agréable de prendre le petit déjeuner sur la terrasse!

Salle de bain un peu datée année 80 avec une douche peu fonctionnelle pour ce type d' hotel!

Como turista, excelente... como profesional del sector... podriamos hacer critica constructiva... No tiene logica el acceso a la piscina, por el bar y pasando al lado de las mesas del restaurante... incomoda bastante El pasillo de acceso a las habitaciones del segundo piso no olia bien... La cena estuvo muy bien, acompanada por musica en vivo excepcional, bravo por la cantante... a mejorar.. el filet mignon, no estaba en su punto y lo presentaban con un cuchillo no acorde... tendrian aue presentar el marisco con la cuberteria adecuada y el vino salio un poco avinagrado y la copa era de tinto... si en esto puedo aportar mi granito de arena... pues bien empleado esta saludos anna
